Awesome. Just wanted to make sure. It doesn't seem very active, so I am guessing that it's relatively new and/or still in the works?

Good to know. As I was telling your cohort, I will be switching alliances once I have completed ties with the one I am in now. As much as I dislike doing so, the fact is, they are not really maintaining my interest. Apparently, bigger does not always equal better for some!

I use it the most, mainly for diplomacy...

Greetings, I'm morpheus and I'm visiting your forums to hopefully resolve an issue.  One of your members (reignofterror15) was a reliable tech seller till this last round.  For unknown reasons, the seller has not sent back my tech (or the tech of the other 4 buyers as well) and has blocked me from sending him a pm in game.  Reignofterror15 has received five 6 million aids but has not sent back any of those 100 techs, including mine.  This is an issue and I am requesting resolution.  PM me in game so we can work this out.  My nation link: http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=567862

Well I doubt you'll get your tech... He is broke and will not send the tech he has.
